The use of the website http://www.spain-conferences.com is governed by these terms and conditions, which are established between any internet user (hereafter referred to as "User") and Area Hotels (hereafter referred to as "Webmaster"):

A.- The User understands that the website is controlled by Area Hotels, a division of Sane Systems S.L.
A.1- The User understands that the Webmaster has created this site only to portray the associated hotels online, and that the Webmaster acts as an independent booking affiliate for the aforementioned hotels.
A.2- The Webmaster has been conceded use of all trademarks used on this site, and uses aforementioned trademarks only to inform the User of the facilities of the hotels.

B.- The User understands that by contacting the Webmaster the User is not entering into any trade agreement with the Webmaster until a specific agreement is reached.

C.- The User understands that any communiqué between the User and the Webmaster is subject to the appropriate Privacy Laws in force in Spain, specifically the LOPD and the LSSI (Ley Organica de Proteccion de Datos, and the Ley de Servicios de la Sociedad Informatizada). Any personal information passed to the Webmaster will remain confidential. By contacting the Webmaster, the User concedes to the Webmaster the right to contact the User with requested information, although no information that is not requested shall be sent. No information sent to the Webmaster shall be resold or used for any other purpose than the intended.

D.- Any dispute of the above that cannot be resolved in an amicable manner shall be resolved by the courts of Marbella, Malaga, Spain.

E.- This website is controlled by Area Hotels, which is a division of Sane Systems, S.L.
